⸻ I went to see this doctor because I’ve been having constant migraines, and honestly I left very disappointed. The only thing she asked me about was my caffeine intake, which felt dismissive of the issue. Then she asked me if I wanted a CT scan or to see a neurologist — but isn’t that something a doctor should guide and decide on, not leave up to the patient? It came across as unprofessional and like she didn’t take my concerns seriously.

Jessica is always so nice and attentive and Dr. Goin never makes me feel rushed and always listens to what I have going on with a solution. My family and I have been patients at Calvary since 2016. We all love it!

⸻ I had a pretty good experience with the doctor I saw today. She was friendly, greeted me warmly, and really listened to what I had to say, which I appreciated. The only downside was the wait — I ended up waiting about an hour for the nurse to arrive to do my blood work since she was running late. Other than that, the visit went well.

Dr. Reynolds is pretty good & her nurse Evelyn is very polite, I really like her & the compassion she has for the patients. Never got the chance to see Brittany Reynolds, DNP, because the office staff decided to mark me as a "no-show" after I had signed in at 8 AM and sat down. After patiently waiting for one hour, when I went to inquire, I was informed that my appointment was canceled because I was wrongly marked as signing in at 8:15. Not one employee came up to question then, why some "random" woman was apparently just sitting in their lobby...

Dr. Wells is great, but the nurse who stood around the corner from the waiting area was out of line for yelling my name out. I felt she should have came in the waiting area and said my name. This is not the first time she has done this. I asked her why she was yelling my name out and her answer was out of line.

I considered myself a problem patient after being in the hospital, and no one able to give me a diagnosis. I'm only 43 and didn't visit the doctor very often unless it was for the common cold. I went to see Dr. Wells and he fixed me right up. He was very educational with regards to finding what was causing my illness, he listened to understand and then explained all the things we could rule out immediately. His staff was super friendly and helpful. As you all know sometimes we speak with the physicians staff more than the actual doctor, and each time I called, be it medication refill or referral to a specific specialists, Dr. Wells team members had it handled. I would definitely recommend Calvary Medical Humble location.

Dr. Reynolds is the awesome! She does her very best to keep me in line with my diet and meds to combat my diabetes and it’s not an easy task because I’m a bit stubborn. Never a problem getting an appointment or blood work done. Very accommodating for sure.

My husband sees her. So I booked my first appointment. My appointment was for 8. I was not seen until 8:40. That was a little disappointing. But she answered my questions and put in orders for bloodwork and mammogram. We will follow up after those are completed. She gave great advice for helping me with my ankle joint problems.

Dr. Wells is a very kind, intelligent & caring man when it comes to his patients. I had a slip & fall & was transported to ER. After C-Scans & x rays was told nothing was broken, just bruised ribs. Was sent home with nothing for pain. On Monday morning needed something but couldn't make it into his office. He video called me & called in something for pain for me. My appointment was @10:45am and I got there at 10:30am I didn’t leave till 1:00 pm my phone had died and everything. To get service took extremely long and from the looks of it there wasn’t many people there or busy, I would have even felt better that if you guys were busy someone notified me instead me just waiting and waiting questioning what’s taking so long

Clinic staff are excellent from the front desk to all of the assistants. Referrals to specialist are promptly handled and followed up on should there be any concerns.

Brittany Reynolds has been really good so far, I love how she sits down with you & really listens. Communication is very important to me and feeling safe is important to me. My 21 year old daughter has autism and the office staff worked with us to get her in and out as smoothly as possible. They were very kind to Kay and gave her some cool bandaids. The accepted her UHC Community Plan. It took me a year to find a local doctor in the Humble/Atascocita area. I am also going to see Dr Reynolds as she is familiar with my gyno and had a great bedside manner with my Kay’s unique situation. Loved the experience. Everyone was great.

I was pleasantly surprised with Dr. Wells. Most practices are understaffed, never answer the phone and ultimately the quality of care becomes affected. From my check in until my check out the process was smooth. The doctor was very informative and answered all of my questions. I was able to speak with the referral coordinator before I left and understood how I would be able to assist in this process. Most of all I liked their process of educating you along the way. I would most definitely refer Dr. Wells and his staff.

Front desk personnel is very Unprofessional every time I go to an appointment I have a bad experience with the front desk personnel. I have told the doctors as well as the office manager and when I went yesterday, it was the same disrespectful woman. I don’t know why she still works there and they have not fired her this doctors office has a hard time following through. They were supposed to be a lot of referrals as well as medication sent to the pharmacy they have yet to be sent and I have not received a referral and started going to them a year ago 10 out of 10 do not recommend

Dr. Wells was very friendly and helpful. However, the check-in desk personnel were not friendly and didn’t seem happy. The nurse was very friendly and kind. So, once you get checked in, everything is great.

I have been seeing Dr. Reynolds for several years ai the Cleveland office, she is the best and I do not plan to change, so I drive to Humble to see her.

I was unable to get my primary care doctors’s office to return phone calls for an appointment and had to change PCP to get an appointment. I changed to Calvary Medical and got an appointment within two days. I got right in and was treated extremely well and had Dr. Mills who did a great job of listening to me and treating me. I been to several clinics and never treated like this! I went in for a check up because I thought I had a cold, they sent me to a room outside swab me and the doctor came out gave a note saying positive to Covid but didn’t ask where was my pain or what was I feeling and said he was going to send a prescription which he never did! How would you send a prescription if you didn’t ask my symptoms? I had to call back to see why he didn’t send my med to pharmacy and till this moment pharmacy has not received anything

Dr . Reynolds is a great wonderful professional doctor. She is great with my son. The other doctors he has seen he didn’t like because they just go in the room check him and leave. Dr Reynolds he likes her because she listens to him and talks too him and explains any questions he has. To make it short we use to see her at Cleveland now we go to Humble to see her. That’s how great she is.

I’ve been using the PA’s at this clinic for years and I took my son in to get seen for his ears and a rash and we saw Dr. Goin this time. I had never seen him before because he is only in this particular office once a week but I hope he is available the next time we need to be seen. I really liked him, he was thorough and was able to treat my son for the rash he’s had for months. He has seen two others for this rash and within days of seeing Dr Goin and using what he prescribed, it’s finally going away. I have seen many PA’s come and go over the years but they have all been great, with the exception of one and the staff is always nice and willing to help. I would recommend this clinic
